David Cañabate is a lawyer with extensive experience audits, MAP and APA procedures on Transfer Pricing, as well as Litigation processes before the courts.
He holds special expertise as adviser in the planning, analysis and validation of Corporate and Business Restructuring from a Transfer Pricing point of view, and TP risk Due Diligence.
He joins the firm from Mazars, where he was a partner and TP adviser, managing the advice in planning, restructuring, value chain analysis, TP litigation, Tax audit and APA/MAP procedures on Transfer Pricing for multinational groups and companies.
He has a long track record at prestigious firms as Marimón Abogados, BDO, KPMG, and was partner and CEO of Transfer Pricing Services.

David Cañabate is a Law graduate from Universitat de Barcelona with post-graduation studies in Tax Law from the same university and ESADE, and several executive programmes from IE Business School. Cañabate holds a PhD in Law (Tax) from Universitat de Barcelona. He has been technical manager of the Transfer Pricing Commission of the Spanish Association of Corporate Treasures (ASSET) and has been a Tax Law associate professor at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
This hiring comes after the firm´s promotion of 13 lawyers to partnership last month.
