Depending on whether you browse our website, subscribe to our Newsletter, or just contact us or ask for some kind of information, Legal Dealmaker will process your data, depending on the case, for the following purposes:

Management of enquiries made by the User: Legal Dealmaker will process the data necessary to deal with the request made by the User who contacts us by email. In this way, we will process data such as: your name, surname, e-mail, telephone, province and postcode.
E-mail Marketing: If you have decided to register for our Newsletter, Legal Dealmaker, through a third party (Mailchimp) may send you communications relating to current legal news, events, and services of interest to you. You may at any time withdraw this consent by unsubscribing from the Mailchimp service. In these cases, we may process data such as your e-mail address or telephone number. Mailchimp will inform the subscribers of their Privacy Policy. Once a User has subscribed to the newsletter service, his/her acceptance of the terms will be established between the newsletter provider (Mailchimp) and the User.

The personal data you provide us through our website shall be conserved while the purpose of the processing for which it is provided lasts. Once that purpose ends, we shall proceed to cancel it.

The personal data you provide us through the website will not be communicated to third parties.

You may exercise your right to request access to your personal data, right to correction or suppression, right to request limitation of their processing, right to oppose processing and right to data portability, free of charge. Uploaded images to the website are not embedded with location or personal data (EXIF GPS) included.

Legal Dealmaker reserves the right to amend its privacy policy in the event of there being a change in the current legislation, jurisprudence-based doctrine, or due to its own corporate criteria. If any change is introduced in this policy, the new text will be published at this same address.
