The acquired properties are located on Calle Bausá in Madrid (in the Arturo Soria area) and have a total surface area of 20,000 square metres, which HIG Capital will use for the development of a project to develop 267 residential properties for sale and rent.
DLA Piper has advised HIG Capital in all phases of the transaction, from the initial structuring through the due diligence process of the assets to the negotiation and formalisation of the closing documents.
