TTR´s Real Estate Top law firms and dealmakers in Spain YTD

TTR´s Real Estate YTD law firm ranking shows Cuatrecasas leading by deal value while Pérez-Llorca leads by number of deals. The top dealmaker by deal value is shared by four partners, while Pérez-Llorca partner Alejandro Osma leads by number of deals

According to information released by Market Intelligence platform TTR, Spain´s 2022 first half of the year Real Estate M&A market advice was led by Cuatrecasas, with an aggregate deal value of $3.1 billion, closely followed by Garrigues and Freshfields with $2.28 billion and $2.19 billion respectively.

Pérez-Llorca heads the ranking by number of deals with 23 registered transactions, followed by Cuatrecasas and Garrigues with 19 and 9 deals.

The Real Estate Dealmaker ranking by deal value in Spain has four lawyers sharing the top position with a registered amount of almost $2.2 billion. They are Cuatrecasas partners Joaquín Garaulet and José Luis Rodríguez Jiménez, Freshfields partner Armando Albarrán and Garrigues partner Mónica Martín de Vidales. The are followed by Ramón Gil, Alejandro Osma, Diego Lozano, Francisco Bachiller and Joaquín Echánove, who both share number five.

By number of deals, Pérez-Llorca partner Alejandro Osma leads with six transactions, followed by his colleagues and partners Alberto Ibort and Fausto Romero-Miura with five deals, with DWF-RCD partner Carles Ros ranked fourth followed by Pérez-Llorca partner Gerard Serra.
