The employment regulation plan (ERE) of Pizza Hut was completed with an agreement that will finally affect a total of 276 employees, with the closure of 22 stores, as reported by the CCOO union. Likewise, the Granada centre will finally become a franchisee, which means that jobs will not be affected, and the pizza sales activity will continue under the Pizza Hut brand, managed by another company.
The agreement was reached by a majority of the members of the negotiating committee, with a severance pay and suspension of collective contracts of 30 days per year and without ceilings of monthly payments as economic improvement.
ECIJA advised Mixor (subsidiary of Food Delivery Brands) on the collective dismissal with agreement with a team made up of Labour partner Fernando Vizcaíno, together with Labour lawyers Carlos Carril and Cristina Hernández.
