Ecija guides Revel’s 115m financing round

Ecija has advised Revel in raising a €115 million financing participated by Santander Consumer Finance and KKR

-

The round, which consists of a €15 million equity investment and a €100 million structured financing, will allow them to accelerate our growth in the coming months and continue the development of their technology platform.

Investors include KKR, Santander Consumer Finance and other undisclosed investors.

Revel can be used online or over an app, and an order can be carried out in the same time that it takes to subscribe to a streaming service.

Ecija’s team was led by partner Leticia Dominguez, who counted on the support of senior associate Carmen Ciurana.
