Eduardo holds extensive experience advising on Corporate, Contractual matters and representation in Civil and Corporate lawsuits for SMEs from the construction and tourism sectors. He also manages contract negotiation of the aforementioned companies.
His previous experience includes working in some of the top legal boutiques in Palma de Mallorca, such as Montis Abogados and Otto Cameselle & Asociados, from where he now joins Across Legal, the firm headed by Ignacio Lacasa Valls to work as a lawyer specialized in Corporate, Commercial and Insolvency Law, in the department headed by partner Miguel Angel Martínez Conde.
He is also experienced in Litigation in Competition Law, Corporate matters and Maritime law, as well as in Litigation in damage liability of the administration. He has also practiced Insolvency Law, both in the coduct of the Insolvency proceedings in all its phases, and in the filing of Insolvency lawsuits.
Eduardo holds a Law degree and a diploma in Business Studies from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE, E-1 Program). He spent five years preparing for the State Attorney Corps public competition examination. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2011 and the Balearic Bar Association since 2017.
