Across Legal counsels Codee on €5m financing round

Across Legal has advised Codee, a software development technology company specialising in performance, on the closing of a financing round worth €5 million led by the Spanish-Israeli fund Swanlaab and joined by Caixa Capital Risc (Criteria Caixa's investment arm) Unirisco, Armilar Venture Partners, KFund and Xesgalicia

The Galician company explained in a press release that this round allows them to continue driving the organisation’s growth, including the acceleration of technological development, the recruitment of engineering staff and the expansion of marketing activities.

Swanlaab managing partner Mark Kavelaars said they were impressed by “Codee’s vision of empowering developers to be more efficient and the team’s focus on bringing their innovative solution to market”.

Codee’s CEO Manuel Arenaz said Swanlaab brings “solid experience in helping technology companies expand their customer base and scale them through a systematic and repeatable process of market research and sales for B2B markets.”

Across Legal team was led by partner Ivan Moll, who counted on the support of lawyers Victor Martin Ratia, Borja Vallejo Daniele and Matías Moro Valls.
