Vaciero has appointed Juan Mc.Crory as director of the Corporate and Commercial Law area. The new director has more than 15 years of experience in the practice of M&A, as well as in advising companies and individuals on corporate and contractual matters.
Juan Mc.Crory has extensive experience in advising all types of companies on sale and purchase processes, restructuring, as well as in any commercial transaction. He has also advised numerous companies on the execution of shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, attendance at meetings and board meetings, and the running of their legal secretariats.
Prior to joining Vaciero, Juan Mc.Crory has worked for more than 9 years at De Carlos Remón Abogados, as well as in other law firms such as Ramón y Cajal Abogados and companies of recognised prestige in their sectors.
Juan holds a Law degree from the Universidad San Pablo CEU and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues. He also holds a PhD in Law and has been a lecturer in Commercial Law at the Francisco de Vitoria University for the last 8 years.
