Ingeniería, Estudios y Desarrollos 100 FV has sold to RJ Eurodevelopment the Spanish company named Kinanos Solar, S.L., owner of two photovoltaic plants under operation named “Kinanos” with an aggregate capacity of 5,475MWp, both located in Murcia (Spain).
The team from ONTIER advising the seller on this deal was formed by partner Lucía González Fernández and associate Mariana Lloveras Sauras.
The team from Pinsent Masons advising the purchaser on this deal was formed by partner Hermenegildo Altozano, and associates Pablo Galera Béjar and Paul Stone Sánchez.
