Elena joined Pérez-Llorca in May 2019 and, before joining Pérez-Llorca, she worked for two and a half years in the Corporate practice at KPMG mainly dealing with M&A and Capital Markets.
Until now, Elena has been working in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate practice, advising Spanish and foreign clients on M&A, companies Restructuring, and the sale and purchase of credit portfolios, having been involved in numerous national and international transactions.
Elena is a Law graduate from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Markets and the Stock Exchange, from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) and a joint master’s degree in Corporate Law and for Access to the Legal Profession, from IE Law School (IE).
