Begoña Pemán holds a Law degree and a diploma in International Legal Studies from Universidad Pontificia Comillas. She also holds a Master´s degree in European Union Studies from Université libre de Bruxelles and another in International Business Management from ICEX-CECO.
She joins Vodafone from Ramón y Cajal Abogados, a firm she joined in 2018, and where she was a Competition & EU senior associate. She has also worked at Marimón Abogados Competition area and at MLAB Abogados.
Begoña has considerable experience in the consumer products and pharmaceutical sectors. She has been extensively involved in the representation of companies in disciplinary proceedings brought by the Competition authorities as well as in Contentious-Administrative appeals for Competition infringements and in advising numerous companies on merger control matters.
