dealmakers in the Spanish M&A market in 2021. The Legal dealmakers ranking comprises both partners and counsel category as well as a Rising Stars category.
Teresa Méndez Flórez, from Allen & Overy, and Carolina Albuerne González, from Uría Menéndez, lead the ranking of the most active Legal advisors in the M&A market by deal value in the partners and counsel category, while Silvia Martínez Losas, from Lexcrea, and Verónica Romaní Sancho, from Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, lead the ranking of the most active female Legal advisors in the Spanish M&A market by deal number.
In the Rising Stars category, Patricia Puertas Díaz, from Clifford Chance, and Ana Calvo Abril, from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, lead the deal value ranking while Beatriz Prieto Almoguera, from YouandLaw and Victoria Ruenes, from King & Wood Mallesons, lead by number of deals.
