Yurena has developed her career at Evergreen as of counsel of the Banking & Finance team since January 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Yurena developed her career in the Banking & Finance departments of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Hogan Lovells and KPMG.
Yurena has 20 years of experience of experience focused on advising both national and international banks, funds and companies in relation to financing transactions including real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance, project finance (renewable energy projects and infrastructure), and asset finance. In addition, she has expertise in debt instruments issue transactions, as well as securitisations and structured finance Transaction. Over the last years she has been particularly active in both pre-insolvency and insolvency refinancing and restructuring transactions.
