Mariano Roca has extensive experience in providing comprehensive Legal advice to large estates, both national and international, from the perspective of their owners and the relations between them (Legal and Financial), as well as their relations with their economic activities, whether corporate or not.
He is specialised in Legal and Tax advice in the fields of personal taxation, wealth and corporate advice and planning, family planning for new generations, wealth management in matrimonial crises or succession planning.
Mariano is a Law graduate from Universitat de Barcelona and holds a post-graduation degree in Tax & Company Law from Universitat Abat Oliva CEU and another in International Tax Law from Unversitat de Barcelona, a PADE (Senior Management Programme) from Universidad de Navarra and Master´s degree in Tax Law from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
He started his career at Cuatrecasas, where he gained extensive experience in providing Legal and Tax advice to multinationals, family businesses and high net worth individuals. In 2012 he joined the Tax department of KPMG Abogados, co-leading the Family Business and Large Wealth Department (Private Clients practice), with responsibility for the team and the existing area in the Barcelona, Girona, Palma de Mallorca and Andorra offices. In January 2016, he joined 4|5|3 Law Firm as a partner, taking over the management of the firm’s Tax department, from where he now joins ETL Global also as a partner.
