The firm has advised Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure plc on the renewal of its €50 million promissory note programme, which has been registered on the Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF).
Bankinter also participated in the programme as lead arranger and underwriter together with Banca March. VGM Advisory Partners acted as registered advisor.
Atlantica is a London-based sustainable infrastructure company that owns, manages and invests in renewable energy assets, conventional energy and power transmission lines, as well as water assets.
