Scarabelli Irrigazione is an Italian company specialising in irrigation systems and solutions, which has acquired Samcla, a Spanish company that develops irrigation monitoring, remote control and automation systems.
The acquisition is part of Scarabelli’s strategic plan, which aims to give new impetus to the internalisation of key products and accelerate the development of international markets.
Javier Bustillo, partner in the Corporate and M&A practice, and Santiago López, associate in the same department, were responsible for advising on the transaction.
