Through this transaction, Woflow will expand its services in the European market and will incorporate Artificial Intelligence technology into its service offering.
From now on, Woflow will advise XtremeAI’s clients, among which are mainly the most relevant delivery companies.
Ricardo Torres, partner in the Corporate and Private Equity/Venture Capital department, has led the firm’s team in this transaction.
