Base10 has been the main investor in this transaction, which seeks to boost the expansion of Fourvenues, a company specialising in software development for the leisure sector. Other investors such as ZBG, FJ Labs and the founders of Jobandtalent have also participated.
On behalf of the firm, Ricardo Torres, partner in the Corporate and Private Equity/Venture Capital department, and Ana Barroso, associate in the Corporate department, have participated in this transaction.

On the other hand, ALEDRA LEGAL has advised Fourvenues, the Valencian technology company that offers comprehensive management software for the nightlife industry, in raising an investment round worth €6.5 million led by the US fund Base 10, based in Silicon Valley.
Fourvenues is a technology company that offers vertical management software oriented to the nightlife industry that allows management control of ticket sales, guest lists, VIP area reservations, data on customers using the platform, as well as an internal control of employees and public relations and real-time monitoring of the course of the event in question.
ALEDRA LEGAL’s work has focused on the negotiation of various private agreements (shareholders’ agreement, investment agreement, etc.) and corporate documentation with new investors and the company’s current partners without losing focus on protecting the interests of Fourvenues and its team of founders.
Pablo Martínez Campos, lawyer at ALEDRA LEGAL who has led the advice with the support of Ángel Rodríguez Miranda, assures that “for us, it is a pleasure to be able to advise Fourvenues in an international round with these characteristics and to be able to continue adding to the growth of the company.”
