Grupo Abu Promociones Inmobiliarias has formalised the acquisition from the Andalusian Government (Junta de Andalucía), of a land plot in the centre of Seville to build 276 homes, for for €27.4 million, thus investing in one of the best cities to live in Spain, transforming a strategic part of the city.
The site will house 3 residential areas with flats and penthouses, with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, communal and private areas; in a renovated environment with roads and open spaces of almost 15 thousand square metres, and the central nave of Santa Bárbara reconverted into the future Magallanes Museum, as the latest news suggests. This is ABU Group’s largest and most spectacular development in Seville, an unbeatable location, on the 27,500 m2 site of the former Santa Bárbara military warehouses.
The land is located in the Nervión district of Seville, opposite the Artillery Factory. Accoding to the firm, “Investing in the city of Seville is essential to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants and to increase the tourist attraction of the region. This commitment by the Abu Group will also generate new economic and employment opportunities for the community.”
