Wen Wen joins the Ysios team to take charge of all Legal aspects related to the fund manager and portfolio companies. She will bring his extensive knowledge and experience to all stages of the investment process, from the negotiation of letters of intent and investment and shareholder agreements to all legal documentation accompanying divestments. In her role as head of Legal, she will also be responsible for the Legal advice of the funds managed by Ysios Capital, relations with regulators, and the prevention of money laundering.
Wen Wen is a Law and Business Administration graduate from Universidad Pompeu Fabra. She joined Cuatrecasas in 2012, where she practised as a lawyer specialising in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate transactions until joining Ysios.
