The crowdfunding platform specialising in renewable energies Flobers, is now a reality. Its founding team has obtained authorisation from the Bank of Spain and the Spanish Securities Market Commission to begin operations, expected with its first project in June.
Flobers is a renewable energy crowdfunding with the purpose of improving our planet.
It uses technology to democratise investment in renewable energy projects by opening up the possibility for small investors to invest through crowdfunding platforms in renewable energies in Spain, generating an optimal return.
Thus, its creators seek to democratise investment in renewable energies, being a companion for the promoters of these projects in which the initial costs reach large sums.
They will attract an investor base with rates of return of around 5%, and will drive the creation of projects towards the energy transition in Spain, with a focus on platforms of between 500 kW and 1 MW in size.
The transaction has been advised by Gonzalo Ulloa, partner at Youandlaw, together with Marta Fabios, who have successfully completed the registration process of the startup with the CNMV.
