Luis Covarrubias, a Commercial lawyer with more than ten years of experience in Commercial Law and M&A, has developed his career as a legal counsel and external lawyer, including 10 years at Garrigues. He has participated in numerous M&A transactions in LATAM, USA and Spain, advising national and multinational private and public companies, including venture capital funds, banks, insurance companies and industrial companies in various sectors.
Jorge Sebastian de Erice joins from EY Abogados, and has more than ten years of experience in Corporate Law and M&A. Previously, he developed his career at Deloitte Legal and KPMG Abogados, and as an in-house lawyer at an investment fund manager. Sebastián de Erice has recurrently advised national and international entities (both industrial and private equity firms) in M&A transactions (share deal and asset deal), as well as in Corporate and Commercial Contracting matters.
Rocío Pulido, prior to joining WTW, worked for three years in the Corporate and Finance department of Allen & Overy and then in a family office for seven years. Pulido is an expert in advising both buyers and sellers on M&A transactions, from the appropriate way to insure the operational risks of the companies, to their costs and the impact of the transaction on the insurance programme.
