Gestión y Administración Mobiliaria has agreed to acquire 100% of Lulusak from Fábricas Folch for €19 million. Lulusak is the owner of three residential buildings located in Barcelona.
The Gomar Roca family, one of the major shareholders of Roca Sanitarios, has acquired the residential business of another illustrious Catalan surname: the Folch Rusiñol family, former owners of the century-old Industrias Titán. The acquisition of Lulusak has been signed for a price of €19 million for all the properties involved.
Gestión y Administración Mobiliaria, led by Santiago de Gomar Roca, acquires on this deal the property company Lulusak, in which the Folch Rusiñol family grouped their real estate investments. Today they own three buildings in the upper part of the Catalan capital: in the Gràcia and Sarrià Sant Gervasi districts. All are leased and show no signs of conflict with the current tenants.
Uría Menéndez advised Fábricas Folch with a team made up of Real Estate partner Juan Antonio Pérez Rivarés, together with lawyers Miguel Ángel Buitrago García, Adrià Doce Llisó, Rafael García-Perrote Martínez and Jaume Damià Rosal.
