TTR´s Rising Star YTD ranking in Spain

Lawyers from Freshfields, Uría Menéndez, Allen & Overy, and Latham & Watkins share TTR’s top ten Rising Star Legal advisors ranking in Spain by deal value

Leading the table is Mario Pacini, from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, with three deals amounting to €21.2 billion. Following, Álvaro López Hernández from Uría Menéndez, who registered five transactions with a total value of €19.1 billion. Íñigo Ríos de Juan, also from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, is ranked third with one transaction for €18.6 billion. Carlota Roldán Vázquez, from Allen & Overy, is fourth in the table with three deals registered with a total value of €6.4 billion, closely followed by Carmen Esteban Martín, a lawyer at Latham & Watkins Spain, with an aggregate of €6.3 billion through seven deals.

Martín Jordano Luna (Uría Menéndez), Marta Portuondo Lacave (Latham & Watkins), Guillermo del Río Ciriza (Uría Menéndez), Xavier Castellà Fontes (Allen & Overy) and Asís Martín de Cabiedes (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer) complete the TTR’s YTD Rising Star (Legal advisors) by deal value.

The Rising Star ranking by number of deals is more diverse, including lawyers from DLA Piper, Garrigues, Uría Menéndez, RocaJunyent, Cuatrecasas, Baker McKenzie, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, Squire Patton Boggs, and King & Wood Mallesons.
