Charo de los Mozos is a reputed Real Estate in-house lawyer, with also a long-track record at international law firms (HSF, Ashurst, Jones Day, Freshfields). She was recognised by Legal Dealmaker in 2022 as one of the Top Real Estate In-House Lawyers in Spain.
Charo started her career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as an associate in 2006, and after four years moved to Jones Day´s Real Estate department, where she worked until 2018. She has also worked at Ashurst and at Herbert Smith Freehills, at the latter as a Real Estate senior associate. She finally joined the in-house world in 2020 joining P3 Logistic Parks as senior Legal counsel. P3 is a long-term investor, manager and developer of European warehouse properties with more than 7.1 million m² of assets under management and land bank of 1.6 million m² for further development, activities in 11 countries and has been investing and developing in European markets for more almost two decades.
She now joins Terminal Investment Limited (TIL), which invests in, develops and actively manages container terminals around the world, often in joint ventures with other major terminal operators. Since its inception in 2000, TIL has grown to become one of the largest and most geographically diverse terminal operators, covering 26 world trade ports in 21 countries with material ownership interests in 29 operating terminals and 1 terminal under development on five continents. These key figures are growing as we fulfil our ambitious growth plans.
Charo is a Law graduate from Universidad de Valladolid, and holds a Master´s degree in Real Estate Management and Urban Planning from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE.
