This webinar, which will be held as part of the International Law Association’s (ILA) 150th anniversary, will serve to discuss the White Paper on Energy. According to the organisation, it will be an opportunity to analyse the International Legal Framework and look at the different challenges the sector currently faces.
The meeting will be chaired by Vicente López-Ibor Mayor, former Commissioner of the National Energy Commission of Spain, president at EFELA – European Federation of Energy Law Associations and AEDEN and chairman and partner of EJI Abogados López-Ibor Mayor. Urban Rusnak, former Secretary General of the Energy Charter Treaty, will introduce him. The session will count on the participation of renowned lawyers such as Catherine Banet, professor at Oslo University; Béatrice Castellane, attorney (Paris); Alexandra Harrington, a lecturer from Lancaster University; Luis Moreno, lawyer (Colombia); Victoria Nalule, Energy expert and consultant; Christophe Seraglini, professor and lawyer (Paris) and Masako Takahata, general counsel at IDI Infrastructures, Inc.
