José Luis joins from Clifford Chance, where he was a senior member of the financial practice, thus strengthening the banking and finance practice of the American firm in Spain. José Luis has more than ten years of experience advising foreign and local companies in Corporate Finance, acquisition finance, projects, and real estate finance, specialising in acquisition, export, and trade finance.

José Luis Iriarte’s law firm experience spans more than nine years at Clifford Chance, and he previously worked at Cuatrecasas in Brussels and Eversheds-Lupicinio.
