Pablo is a lawyer based in Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg office working at the Banking and Capital Markets department with a particular focus on transactions and regulatory assistance.
He provides advice in Banking and Capital Markets transactions, especially in syndicated lending, funds and real-estate financing, refinancing and restructuring, securitisation, debt securities and structured finance, advising both international and domestic banks, asset managers and investors. In addition, he also focuses on financial regulatory matters of financial institutions, insurance companies and other professionals of the financial sector.
Pablo completed a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Business Administration at CUNEF, and a Dual Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and Regulated Sectors Law at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain). He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2019.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg, Pablo worked at Hogan Lovells in Spain and previously underwent various internships in both financial services companies and law firms in Hogan Lovells Spain and KPMG Chile.
