With a degree in Law and Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE, Carmen Torres has eighteen years of solid experience in the field of labour law. She has developed her professional career in some of the most relevant law firms, joining the labour team of Simmons & Simmons in 2014, where she has focused on strategic advice – restructuring and internal flexibility measures, investigations, collective disputes – to national and international companies.
Since her arrival in 2014, Carmen Torres has been a key element in the success of the department, with outstanding participation in doubling the size of the team and tripling the turnover of Simmons & Simmons’ Labour department.
