Oscar Rivero, a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience as an in-house counsel, joins Scannell Properties in Spain to contribute with his know-how and experience in the legal field within the real estate sector. He has experience in a wide range of Corporate and Business Legal matters, and is an expert in the real estate industry across all asset classes, managing and directing complex legal projects from inception to completion.
He has worked as legal counsel at Merlin Properties since its inception, providing services to the different areas of the company, in particular the logistics department.
He is also an expert in Corporate transactions, investment and disinvestment, financing, etc. In recent years, he has developed his professional career in the company Iberpapel, as Legal director and secretary of the Board of Directors.
He holds a degree in Law, specialising in Business Law from the Universidad CEU San Palo de Madrid.
