Ramiro Fernández Omedes comes from Linklaters, where he has been a managing associate for the last period. He joined the Corporate team of the firm in 2013.
He is a Law graduate from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Two entrepreneurs created Samaipata, José del Barrio, co-founder of the leading food-delivery platform in Spain, sold to Rocket Internet for $100 million and Eduardo Díez-Hochleitner, senior executive, prolific BA and current Chairman at MásMóvil. Samaipata is now a remote-first company with team members distributed across Paris, London, and Madrid.
