RyC, Evergreen advise on €52.5m Grenergy Renovables’ GBP raising

Evergreen Legal has been legal advisor to Grenergy on raising €52.5m under the Green Bond Programme while Ramón y Cajal acted as legal advisor to Bankinter

Ramón y Cajal acted as legal advisor on Spanish law to Bankinter (as arranger and dealer), Banco de Investimiento Global, and EBN Banco de Negocios (as dealers) in connection with its € 52.5 million green bond offering under its €100m green note program recently filed with the Spanish MARF, in which Ramón y Cajal also acted as legal counsel to Bankinter as an arranger of the program.

Evergreen Legal acted as legal counsel to Grenergy Renovables both in connection with the bond offering and the program. Norgestion acted as listing agent.

Ramón y Cajal’s team was led by Capital Markets partner Carlos Lao and included senior associate Santiago García de Fuentes.

Evergreen Legal’s team was led by partner Alberto Campo and counsel Yurena Medina.
