RyC brings RE associates from Hogan Lovells to Ferre´s team

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has hired Jaime Gutiérrez Parra as an associate in the firm´s Real Estate area to reinforce the hiring of Miguel Ferre, both joining from Hogan Lovells

After the hiring of Miguel Ferre as a partner and head of Ramón y Cajal Abogados Real Estate area, who joined from Hogan Lovells and was reported by Legal Dealmaker on February 24, the firm has reinforced its Real Estate team with Jaime Gutiérrez Parra, who also comes from Hogan Lovells.

Jaime Gutiérrez holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and a double Master´s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Legal Advice to Companies from IE Law School.

He joined Hogan Lovells Real Estate department in 2018, after serving at Linklaters and BBVA as a Legal intern.

“I am very excited to share with you that I am starting a new project together with some of my Hogan Lovells colleagues at Ramón y Cajal Abogados. I have no doubt that this will be an exciting experience,” said Jaime Gutiérrez.

Ramón y Cajal has also hired Marta Santos García-Sintas, also part of Ferre´s Hogan Lovells Real Estate team. Marta holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, with a stay at University of Cincinaty. She also joins the Ramón y Cajal project from Ferre´s Hogan Lovells real Estate team, which she joined in 2020. Previously, she worked at Baker McKenzie and AON Affinity.
