Renta 4 acted as programme manager and registered advisor to the company and will participate together with Banca March as underwriters of the promissory notes.
On 30 September 2022, the Amper Group redeemed €6.7 million, relating to the maturity of the CP programme, which at that date amounted to €24.6 million, with the remaining notes being renewed with maturity dates of between 1 and 4 months. Likewise, in the first days of October, the group redeemed a total of €8.8 million of the maturities for €18.1 million that were due on those dates, with renewals of the remaining, with renewals of the rest of the amount with dates between 1 and 4 months.
Grupo Amper had Cumulative revenues at the end of the third quarter of 2022 of €254.9 million, and the group’s consolidated EBITDA at the end of the third quarter of 2022 exceeded €14.8 million.
