RSM Spain adds M&A partner

RSM Spain has hired Luis Caravajal, founder of Carvajal Abogados, as M&A partner

Luis Carvajal is an experienced founding partner with a demonstrated history of working in the legal sector and services industry. He is a strong entrepreneurship professional skilled in Negotiation, International Business, M&A and companies management, and joins RSM Spain as an M&A partner.

Luis has held positions as head of Legal in relevant companies in Spain. He has solid experience in Corporate Law, M&A, new technologies and contracting.

He also serves as secretary of several Boards of Directors as well as Director of companies in various sectors.

“I have found a great team in an established firm with enormous potential. Thank you for the welcome. I hope to contribute to helping companies and entrepreneurs in their transactions and day-to-day business,” the new patner stated.

Luis Carvajal, a Law graduate from Universidad CEU San Pablo, founded Carvajal Abogados in 2003. Since 2001 and until now he has also been general counsel and secretary at Aquanima (Santander Group), a global leader in precurement and third party risk management services, and also served as general counsel to Optize and BtoBFactory Ventures.
