Rocío Guerrero started her career as a trainee in Garrigues Labour department. In 2017, she was selected as an investigator teacher at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos Labour and Social Security department, where she worked for three years. In 2020, she was hired by Auren Spain, and in January 2021, she was part of the Labour team that joined RSM Spain from Andersen, Auren and Ceca Magán (Ignacio Hidalgo, Rafael Rojas, Rocío Vivo and Sandra Muñoz).
Rocío Guerrero is part of the first class of the double degree in Law, Labour Relations and Human Resources from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, where she also took the Master´s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Labour Law. She also holds a Master´s degree in Labour Health and Occupational Risk Prevention.
In 2020, she was awarded with the ADiReLab and Fundación Alares national award in the category “Joung Talent in Labour Relations”, and she is a regular contributor to several media on Labour Law matters.
She now joins the Labour team headed by Enrique Ceca in Madrid.
