RSM adds partner to lead Real Estate practice

RSM has incorporated Ernesto Gutiérrez Tamargo to head up Real Estate to continue its growth in Legal and strengthen its Real Estate area with an international focus

RSM Spain, an audit, legal, tax and consultancy services firm, continues with its growth plan, developing and incorporating key practice areas for its strategy in the coming years. The latest addition is Ernesto Gutiérrez Tamargo as partner of Legal, to lead the Real Estate practice and boost the Real Estate practice at national and international level.

Ernesto has extensive experience in different areas of Corporate law, as well as in Commercial advice related to investment projects, and his areas of specialisation include international contracting and advice on the purchase and sale of real estate assets. His specialisation ranges from advising on the processing of the preliminary stages of land for building purposes to the incorporation of companies and their subsequent processing and management, including the investment and/or disinvestment processes of these assets to ensure their profitability.

He holds a double Law degree in Cuba and Spain, a Master’s degree in Comparative Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, an MBA from the Universidad de Alcalá and a Master’s degree in Urban Development and Real Estate Management from the San Pablo-CEU University, Ernesto has developed his career in firms such as DA Lawyers, Crowe or, more recently, Ejaso ETL Global.
