This integration adds to its portfolio of services the advice in Commercial Law and expands its offer at national level with the opening of new offices in Seville.
The merger of these two firms is a key action in the strategic plan of the firm co-directed by Alejandro Rey and Diego Gutiérrez, as well as an extension and reinforcement of the legal services already offered to its clients.

RSGM Abogados started 2023 by announcing a change of corporate identity following the incorporation of Diego Gutiérrez as a partner. Now the firm continues to strengthen its specialisation in Insolvency and Business Law and to expand its scope of action in Andalusia. In addition, the two founding partners of the firm are also president and vice-president of the Spanish Insolvency Club (CEDI).
Corpolex Abogados & Economistas, a law firm founded in 2018 by Pedro Cruz, provides legal advice in Commercial Law to national and international companies operating in Spain and Portugal.
