Ana has been working for more than 20 years as a lawyer specialising in the real estate sector, advising both foreign and national investors in Spain on all types of real estate transactions (residential, tertiary, industrial), due diligences and financing of real estate transactions. Ana has specialised in providing legal advice to all types of investors, from institutional to private, including family offices interested in the Spanish real estate sector. She has also advised major investment projects in renewable energies.
She has participated as a speaker in real estate forums both in Spain and abroad and has published numerous articles in national and international real estate media.
Ana joined Rödl & Partner Real Estate department in 2008, and previously was a senior associate at Monereo Meyer Abogados.
Ana will now head the Legal department of Ten Brinke in Spain and Portugal, a Dutch developer and construction company with more than 120 years of experience in the development of all types of commercial real estate, as well as residential and built to rent. She will be in charge of the legal management of the company in Spain and Portugal, advising the general management with all ongoing projects and leading the internal legal organisation of the group of companies that make up Ten Brinke in the Iberian Peninsula.
Ana is also secreatary and one of the founding members of WIRES (Women in Real Estate Sector), a transversal organisation that brings together female managers in the sector and is a great platform for promoting the role of women in this field.
At Rödl & Partner, she has been replaced by Carmen Piris as the new head of Real Estate, as informed by Legal Dealmaker on March 21.
