German law firm Rödl & Partner is expanding its range of services by creating a team dedicated exclusively to the digital economy. The department, headed by Jorge Cabet, will be dedicated to meeting the current demands of clients, accompanying them in their digital transformation process.
In addition to legal advice, the team made up of Sonsoles Sánchez, Cleo Egger and Jorge Cabet, will also receive technical advice from Ane Aretxabaleta, a computer engineer and industrial organisation engineer, with a master’s degree in computer forensics and judicial computer expertise. In short, this is a clear commitment by the firm to offer cutting-edge services in technological matters.
With this creation, the firm consolidates the diversification of its services and, on the other hand, the expansion of its business, with the incorporation of clients beyond the traditional, such as the European Commission, to which Rödl & Partner’s TMT team already advises on data protection matters.
