The acquisition of Firmaprofesional involves the integration of 45 professionals in Madrid and Barcelona and a portfolio of a thousand clients that will allow Logalty to create geographical synergies and grow in areas such as public administration, education and healthcare.
This is Logalty’s fourth acquisition in a year and a half with the aim of growing in qualified certification and digital identity solutions.

The team from KPMG Abogados that advised Logalty was formed by Corporate and M&A Law director Andrés Iñigo (Legal Due Diligence), together with Tax director Jaime de la Rosa (Tax Due Diligence), and Labour partner Francisco Fernandez (Labour Due Diligence).
