Gonzalo has been a practising lawyer since 2014 and, after developing his professional career at Watson Farley & Williams first and Allen & Overy later, from where he now joins RocaJunyent – Riutord Abogados.
He specialises in Commercial Law, Financial Law and Real Estate, with extensive experience in Syndicated Financing transactions and Debt Restructurings, both national and international. In addition, he has been selected by the international directory Best Lawyers as “2022: Ones to watch”, in the category of “Banking and Finance Law”.
He is a Law graduate and holds a diploma in Business Law from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE where he also got his Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
