Rockstone Real Estate has closed its second transaction in Spain with the purchase and sale of a residential building in Madrid. The building is located in Santa Engracia 42 (Madrid Chamberí district), and has been purchased from Emerige for a value of €17 million. The purchase acquisition has been closed together with the Mexico´s Be Grand and with Admara Capital (a local management company that accompanies them in their projects in Spain), and has been advised by Rocajunyent´s Real Estate and Construction Law department, led by Silvia López Jiménez.
The Emerige Group, founded by Laurent Dumas in 1989, acquired the building in 2019, the year in which they also obtained the building permit.
The purchase of the property, in the sought-after Chamberí district, has been completed for a total of €17 million, plus an additional €13 million for the construction and refurbishment of the building.
