-

The electric vehicle brand Polestar has started its commercial activity in Spain with the launch of its first model, the Polestar 2, although the first deliveries are expected to take place in September.

As reported by the company as part of the presentation of the brand in Spain, the company’s models can be purchased ‘online’ through a digital process that is complemented by physical shops, called Polestar Spaces and Polestar Destinations.

The company will open the first Polestar Space in Spain this month in Barcelona, while a second point will follow shortly after, this time located in the Spanish capital.

Polestar was born in 2017 in Gothenburg (Sweden) and has since expanded rapidly internationally, with the idea of having a presence in 30 markets around the world by 2023. In addition to its headquarters in Sweden, Polestar has two factories in China and has recently announced that the future Polestar 3 model will be produced in South Carolina (USA).

RocaJunyent advised Mimeisa Asset Management, the company that owns the premises of the new company´s flagship store premises, throughout the process of the operation.

This store will serve to showcase all Polestar models to the consumer.

The advice was led by RocaJunyent Barcelona office Real Estate partner Xavier Serramalera Cercós, along with senior associate Esther Boix.
