Ramón y Cajal Abogados, Garrigues advise on Alcalá Magna’s debt restructuration

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has counselled Banco Santander (Sole Bookrunner, MLA, and Agent), and Banco Pichincha España, as lender, on the banking syndicate that has restructured the structured debt of the real estate asset Alcalá Magna, owned by Trajano Iberia SOCIMI, S.A., which Garrigues has legally advised

Alcalá Magna is a shopping centre owned by the listed company (BME Growth) Trajano Iberia SOCIMI, S.A., which has been legally advised by Garrigues.

The shopping centre is located in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, and is the city’s benchmark for fashion, restaurants, leisure and entertainment. The transaction amounts to €49,050,000.

RyC team of lawyers has been led by Finance and Banking partner Amado Giménez Bono and lawyers Alberto París and Saúl Dávila.

On the other hand, Garrigues advised Trajano Iberia SOCIMI, S.A., with a team led by partner Xabier Urtiaga.
