This amount, together with Invest EU funds and the company’s own funds, will be used to cover the development costs of its significant portfolio of renewable assets in different locations in Spain.

The team of lawyers has been led by partners Amado Giménez Bono and Antonio de Mariano, and lawyers Gonzalo Ramón y Cajal and Saúl Dávila.

According to this information, Sinia Renovables SAU was legally advised by Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
