PwC steers Solaria´s €100m CP Programme on MARF

PwC Tax & Legal has acted as Registered Advisor to Solaria on the registration of a €100 million Commercial Paper (CP) Programme on BME´s MARF

PwC Tax & Legal has been designated as Registered Advisor of the Issuer in order to provide advisory services to Solaria on the admission to trading of the securities issued, on compliance with any obligations and responsibilities applicable to the Issuer for taking part on MARF, on compiling and presenting the financial and business information required, and in order to ensure that the information complies with these regulatory requirements.

The maximum amount of this Commercial Paper programme will be a nominal of €100,000,000. Each Commercial Paper will have a nominal value of €100,000, meaning that the maximum number of Commercial Paper in circulation at any given time shall not exceed one thousand.

The entities collaborating in the Program as Placement Entities are Beka Finance S.V., S.A. and Banco Santander, S.A, with Banco de Sabadell, S.A. acting as paying agent.

Solaria had already registered a CP programme in MARF for an amount up to €50 millionand with maturity May 19, 2021 and another up to €100 million and with maturity date December 23, 2022.

The registration process involved a PwC Tax & Legal team made up of partner Beltrán Gómez de Zayas, senior manager Emilio Aparicio Marina and senior associate Mario Maza Morales.
