Sergio joined PwC in February 2006 in the Madrid office, after working for another national law firm, and is currently Director of the Madrid office of PwC Tax & Legal.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Oviedo, and a Master’s degree in Business Tax Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa.
Since joining PwC, he has been providing tax advisory services in the TMT sector of PwC (New Technologies, Infocomm, Entertainment and Media).
He has extensive experience in providing comprehensive tax advice to companies in the sector, especially in advising multinational companies and in tax-corporate restructuring operations.
He is a speaker at industry breakfast meetings organised by PwC, a trainer at the PwC Academy and a lecturer in corporate taxation on the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Centro de Estudios Universitario (CEU).
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
