Paula Segura is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, specialised in providing Legal and Commercial advice to national and international clients, with extensive experience in investments, acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring operations, both nationally and internationally, as well as in providing recurrent legal advisory services.
She joined PwC Tax & Legal in 2000, spending her entire career at the Big Four in Barcelona, where she was a director before joining Crow Tax & Legal as a partner.
She is a Law graduate from ESADE and is also teaches in the Master´s degree in International Law Practice at ISDE Business & Law School.
